We use a balanced, individualized approach rooted in all four quadrants of operant conditioning:

Every program is tailored to your dog’s unique needs, with a focus on humane, effective, and clear communication for lasting results.

Leslie Gonzalez, CDT, IACP, and Areny Sapon, CDT, IACP, are certified professionals with extensive experience in dog behavior, training, and service dog preparation. Learn more about our team on the About page.

We provide basic obedience, behavior modification, puppy training, and service dog preparation. We also address specific issues like leash pulling, aggression, and anxiety.

Group classes are currently in development! We’re excited to soon offer opportunities for dogs and owners to learn together in a supportive, social setting. Stay tuned for updates—sign up for our newsletter or check back on our website for launch dates and enrollment info.

We offer a free initial consultation to understand your goals and your dog’s needs. From there, we’ll recommend the best training plan for you and your pup.

  • 3-Week Program: Includes (3) / 1-hour sessions per week and (3) / 30-minute sessions per week.
  • 6-Week Program: Includes (6) / 1-hour sessions per week and (6) / 30-minute sessions per week

Training can be held at our facility, in your home, or in real-world environments—whatever works best for you and your dog.

Every dog is unique, but most owners see noticeable improvements within the first few sessions. Consistency and practice at home are essential for the best outcomes.

All payments are non-refundable. Our services are based on years of experience, education, and personalized attention. The knowledge and training we provide are intangible, and our time and dedication go into every session. When you hire us, you gain our ongoing support for the entire length of your program—including the ability to reach out with questions, send videos, and ask for tips. We are committed to your dog’s success and are always here to help if you need extra guidance during your program.

 We offer flexibility within reason:

  • For 1-hour sessions: You may reschedule up to 2 sessions during your program with at least 4 hours’ notice before the scheduled time.
  • For 30-minute sessions: You may reschedule up to 2 sessions during your program with at least 4 hours’ notice.
  • If you need to reschedule more than the allowed number of sessions, additional changes may be subject to a fee or forfeiture of the session.
  • Sessions canceled or rescheduled with less than 4 hours’ notice may be forfeited.
  • Please reach out if you have special circumstances—we’re here to help.

Bring your dog on a secure leash, some favorite treats, and any questions you have. We’ll guide you through the rest.
