With over 20 years of hands-on experience, Leslie’s journey began with a love for helping people and their pups—often offering her expertise for free in her spare time. As her reputation grew, Leslie realized her knowledge could make a real difference for families and their dogs. Becoming a certified dog trainer was a natural next step, and as the owner of a thriving Pet Resort, Leslie dedicated herself to resolving behavioral issues and supporting pet parents both at home and in the community. Today, Leslie finds true fulfillment in empowering owners to communicate effectively with their dogs, knowing that a strong bond leads to happier, healthier lives for pets and their people.

Areny’s journey started after graduating from Tyler, TX college and joining Leslie’s Pet Resort as the Big Dog Daycare Coach. Quickly recognized for her leadership and natural connection with dogs, Areny rose to become the pack leader and trainer for new daycare coaches. Two years later, she and Leslie embarked on intensive service dog training—18 weeks dedicated to mastering canine behavior and training techniques. Together, they returned home as certified service dog trainers, ready to tackle even the toughest behavioral cases and teach pet parents the skills they need for success.
